CMD chip tuning tool

Very good news from CMD (Flashtec): lots of VAG EDC17 TPROT protocols now working over OBD port!

Expected for very long time HUGE progress of CMD (Flashtec) for lots of VAG EDC17 ECUs, which tuners can do over OBD port finally! Bootmode for Tuning protection overriding not required!
